Our team will discuss ideas with you and advise fabrications and suitable making methods to guide you choose fabrications,dye,trims and notions options. We also can do washing, print and embroider if you like.

SAMPLE CUTTING & SEWING
Our sample room have highly experienced workforce, usually takes 5 to 7 days to create the paper patterns and grade the sizes before cutting and sewing your samples.

QC OF SAMPLES
After your samples are finished, our product development team will check the samples for consistency before send to you.

PRE-PRODUCTION
To minimize shrinkage problems, the fabrics are sent for a pre-shrunk wash. Details, Colors, position and fitting will be made according to confirmed samples before bulk production.

BULK PRODUCTION

Production will start after confirmation and deposit payment. Delivery time is 25-30days usually, it depends on our production schedule. Sometime it will be faster.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our QC team is very strict with quality checking. We will perform standard quality control check and fix any problems before packaging. Each clothes will be checked one by one piece to avoid dirty or excessive thread ends.

PACKAGING

All items are steam ironed, neatly folded, packed individually into poly bags and boxed before shipping
